Who We Are
District Home at Birmingham Green is a residential and assisted living facility for 64 residents that provides supervision and assistance with activities of daily living; administers medications; and provides dietary, housekeeping, laundry, recreation therapy, religious, and transportation services. Residents' fees are paid from the residents' income and through public assistance programs. Ambulatory residents only.
Base fees include room, meals, medication management, weekly housekeeping and laundry service, transportation to doctor appointments, cable television, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Respite and short-stay emergency admissions available upon request
